Who we are
FacelessMint is a desktop app and this website, made by EFC Labs, a sole proprietorship of Ikjot Singh Juneja, Shop No. 08, Shri Shraddha CHS Limited, Swagatam Complex, Jesal Park, Bhayandar East, Thane 401105, Maharashtra, India. Questions about your data: hello@facelessmint.com.
What we keep when you have an account
- Your email address, to sign you in and to match your purchases to you.
- The name of each computer you sign in on (for example DESKTOP-ABC), its system (Windows or Mac), the app version, and when it last checked in, so you can see and manage your computers.
- The IP address of sign-in requests, for 30 days, to stop abuse and to check that the website and the app are on the same internet connection when you confirm a sign-in.
- Your purchase records from LemonSqueezy: order number, product, price, status and refunds. LemonSqueezy takes the payment; we never see your card.
- Your answers to the optional welcome questions, if you give any.
- Feedback you send from the app: your message, your email (so we can reply), the app version, your system, and a screenshot if you add one. It reaches us as an email.
What stays on your computer
Your videos, scripts, pictures and the API keys you add stay on your computer. The app keeps your keys encrypted with your computer's keychain and sends each one only to the service it belongs to. The app's own sign-in is a random secret, also kept encrypted on your computer; we store only a fingerprint of it.
Who helps us run it
- Supabase keeps your account and runs sign-in.
- Google, if you choose "Continue with Google".
- Resend sends the 6-digit sign-in codes, and the feedback you send from the app, by email.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the "I'm human" check.
- LemonSqueezy sells FacelessMint and tells us about purchases and refunds.
We don't sell your data.
In your browser
When you sign in on this website, your browser keeps your sign-in in its local storage until you sign out.
How long we keep it
Account details stay while you have an account. Sign-in IP addresses are forgotten after 30 days. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting.
Your choices
- Remove a computer, or sign out everywhere, on your account page.
- To have your account deleted, email us from the address you sign in with. Deleting it removes your profile, computers and sign-in requests; purchase records stay without your account attached.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with its date.
