The agreement
These terms are between you and EFC Labs, a sole proprietorship of Ikjot Singh Juneja, Shop No. 08, Shri Shraddha CHS Limited, Swagatam Complex, Jesal Park, Bhayandar East, Thane 401105, Maharashtra, India, the maker of FacelessMint. By making an account or using the app you agree to them.
Your account
You sign in with Google or a code sent to your email. Keep that email account safe: whoever can read it can sign in as you. Tell us at hello@facelessmint.com if you think someone else has used your account.
What a purchase gives you
- Each purchase lets you use FacelessMint on one computer at a time. Starter plus the Ultra Upgrade counts as one purchase.
- You can move FacelessMint to another computer 3 times in 30 days. Removing a computer on your account page counts as a move. If you need more, email us.
- You pay once. There is no subscription.
- The app checks your account online, so it needs an internet connection to start new videos.
Your own keys and their costs
FacelessMint uses the AI services you connect with your own keys (fal.ai, Fish Audio and Zernio). They bill you directly, at their prices and under their own terms. We aren't responsible for their charges, limits or availability.
Your videos
The videos you make are yours. You are responsible for what you make and post, and for following the rules of the AI services and the platforms you post to.
Ultra
Ultra is sold as a pre-order: its features arrive as they are built. The roadmap shows what is planned, with no dates promised.
Refunds
Purchases are made through LemonSqueezy. All sales are final: we don't give refunds, except where the law requires one. A refunded purchase stops working in the app at its next check.
Fair use
Don't share, sell or rent your account, try to get around the one-computer rule, or interfere with FacelessMint's servers. We may close accounts that do.
No guarantees
FacelessMint is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the new version is posted here with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Thane, Maharashtra. Questions: hello@facelessmint.com.
